What counts as one credit?
One finished deliverable. Building a prospect list for a workstream, writing a value proposition, drafting an outreach email or a term sheet each use one credit. Asking Partnex a question about how to use the product is free.
Why credits and not tokens or messages?
Because you are buying the result. The work behind a deliverable varies a lot from one to the next, and you should not have to watch a meter to know what something will cost.
Does a run that fails use a credit?
No. Only runs that finish and deliver count against your credits.
Do the free credits renew?
No. The Free plan includes five credits in total, enough to see real deliverables built for your own company.
How does the credit pool work?
Each Enterprise seat adds 200 credits a month to one pool the whole team draws from. Team admins can set a monthly limit for each member. The pool resets every month; credit packs carry over until used.
What do viewers cost?
Nothing. A viewer reads every objective on the team and changes nothing. You can have one viewer for every paid seat.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe, billed monthly. Partnex never sees or stores your card details. Prices are in Swiss francs.
Can we cancel?
Yes, through the billing portal in your account settings. You can export all your data at any time, and your account stays readable after a subscription ends.
